Your access pass (e.g., 1-Day, 7-Day, or 30-Day) is activated immediately upon successful payment processing. Once the pass is active and you have been granted access to our proprietary data, we cannot revoke the knowledge acquired, and therefore cannot issue refunds.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the platform after payment, please contact our support team immediately. If we determine that a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the platform for a significant portion of your pass duration, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your access duration to compensate for the downtime.
