Sertenios never acts as an escrow agent, legal intermediary, or physical broker in any physical trade flows. Access to the platform is granted on a temporary, pre-paid basis (e.g., 1-Day, 7-Day passes). Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., MamoPay). All purchases are strictly one-time transactions. We do not support automatic renewals or recurring billing. Since token purchases grant immediate access to proprietary digital databases, refunds are subject to our refund policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and download materials for your internal business use during your active pass period. Access is provided via secure Access Keys sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account.
